Public Records Request

Pursuant to La. R.S. 44:33.1, the Iberia  Parish Clerk of Court publishes the name and contact information of its custodian of public records. Public Records may be requested through Chief Deputy Wess Robison, wrobison@iberiaclerk.com

Civil, criminal, traffic, marriage license, and mortgage & conveyance records are available for public viewing Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with the exception of holidays and court/parish ordered closings. No appointment is necessary. Access to records is free; patrons pay only for copies. Online access to many records is available via the clerk’s subscription-based service, access fees apply.

Juvenile, adoption, and court-ordered sealed records are not accessible to the public. Persons wishing to view those records may need to petition the court for access.
